Haiti, uradno Republika Haiti, je država, ki se zavzema zahodni del otoka Hispaniola, ki je drug največji otok v Velikih Antilih v Karibskem morju, vzhodno od Kube in Jamajke ter južno od Bahamov ter otokov Turks in Caicos. Zavzema zahodne tri osmine otoka, ki si ga deli z Dominikansko republiko. Na njegovem jugozahodu leži majhen otok Navassa (Navasse), ki si ga lasti Haiti, a je sporno ozemlje pod zvezno upravo Združenih držav Amerike. Haiti vključuje več priobalnih otokov: največji satelitski otok Hispaniole je Gonâve v istoimenskem, osrednjem zalivu, ki je umeščen med dva največja polotoka Hispaniole, ob južnem od njiju sta v njem še dva manjša otočka in ob jugozahodni obali največjega polotoka Île à Vache.
